Meet Dr. Iskander
Dr. George Iskander completed medical school in 2007 at the University Of Assiut School Of Medicine in Egypt. He completed his residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center General Surgery and attended the Icahn School of Medicine of Mount Sinai, where he completed his residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Iskander’s clinical interests include Uterine Fibroids and Bleeding, Minimal Invasive Surgery, and Robotically Assisted and Laparoscopic Hysterectomy. Dr. George Iskander is a native Egyptian residing in Fairfax, VA, with his wife and newborn son. He enjoys volunteering in his community and serving the Arabic population in his spare time. He is an active member of the Coptic Church and is involved in international medicine and missionary work.
Meet Sadiya Naseem
Sadiya Naseem, DNP, FNP-BC, is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned both her undergraduate and doctoral degrees from George Mason University, where she also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Clinical Nursing.
With more than nine years of experience in advanced medical aesthetics and non-surgical procedures, Sadiya specializes in Botox and dermal filler injections, Natural Growth Factor (NGF) injections for hair restoration, scar revision, skin rejuvenation, PDO thread lifts and more. She uses only FDA-approved or cleared devices for microneedling and laser skin treatments, prioritizing safety and quality in every procedure. Sadiya is also trained in ultrasound which allows for the utmost precision and safety while working on injectable treatments and revisions.
Additionally, Sadiya is a National Instructor for Botox and dermal filler injections with the American Medical Educators Training (AMET) company. Sadiya guides practitioners to move confidently from novice injectors toward expert-level proficiency. She uses structured,
evidence-based approach integrates anatomy, technique, and ultrasound-guided precision to
ensure safe, predictable, and artistry-driven outcomes in aesthetic practice.
Sadiya is also trained in ultrasound which allows for the utmost precision and safety while working on injectable treatments and revisions. Sadiya believes that excellence in aesthetic medicine extends beyond anatomy knowledge, product rheology, patient assessment, and injection technique. Mastery of ultrasound is equally vital—it allows practitioners to visualize each patient’s unique anatomy in real time, identify vascular pathways, recognize adverse events, and observe how products interact with tissues.
