Skin Laxity

Skin Laxity

Condition Overview

Skin laxity is the loss of firmness that shows as a softer jawline, jowls, a crepey neck and loose skin on the body. Collagen production slows with age while sun and gravity keep working, and volume loss beneath the skin removes the support that once held everything up.

We tighten from several directions: TempSure RF and CO2 laser rebuild collagen in the skin, biostimulators and structural fillers restore support, and Botox® along the neck bands lifts the lower face. The combination is chosen to fit your degree of laxity and your tolerance for downtime.

Understanding Skin Laxity

Laxity develops gradually from a combination of factors:

  • Declining collagen and elastin from the thirties onward
  • Loss of facial fat and bone that supported the skin
  • Cumulative UV damage
  • Weight changes and pregnancy
  • Genetics and smoking

How We Treat Skin Laxity

Our step by step process

  1. 1

Step 1: TempSure RF for collagen contraction

A series of three radiofrequency sessions tightens mild to moderate laxity on the face, neck and body with no downtime.

  2. 2

Step 2: Structural filler and biostimulators

Cheek, jawline and temple filler restore support; Sculptra® rebuilds collagen across the face.

  3. 3

Step 3: Nefertiti lift with Botox®

Relaxing the platysmal bands lets the jawline lift and sharpens the neck contour.

  4. 4

Step 4: CO2 laser for skin quality

For crepey texture alongside laxity, fractional CO2 tightens the surface and stimulates deep collagen.

Face and jawline

  • Jowls, marionette area and softened jaw angle

Neck and chest

  • Crepey texture and platysmal bands

Body

  • Abdomen, arms, thighs and knees

Who is a good candidate for Skin Laxity treatment?

Patients with early to moderate laxity see the best non‑surgical results. Significant sagging may still benefit, and we will tell you honestly if a surgical opinion is the better path.
