How to Prepare

• Drink plenty of water the day before your blood draw
• Avoid anti‑inflammatories for a week if medically safe
• Eat a light meal before your appointment
• Stop retinoids three days before

• A blood draw and centrifuge spin to concentrate the platelets
• Numbing cream, then gentle injection beneath the eyes with a cannula or fine needle
• Mild swelling for a day or two
• Brighter, thicker under‑eye skin that improves over two to three months

Aftercare

• No makeup for 24 hours
• Avoid sun, heat and sweat for 48 hours
