Treatment Overview

Body filler uses hyperdilute Radiesse® and Sculptra® spread thinly beneath the skin to stimulate collagen across larger areas: crepey neck and décolletage, loose upper arms, knees, the backs of the hands and dimpled buttocks and thighs.

Rather than adding volume, it improves skin quality and firmness over two to three months, and pairs well with TempSure RF and CO2 laser.

How to Prepare

• Avoid blood thinners such as aspirin, ibuprofen and fish oil for a week if medically safe
• Skip alcohol for 24 hours to reduce bruising
• Arrive without makeup on the treatment area
• Tell us about any upcoming events or dental work

What to Expect

• Assessment of the area and product choice
• Numbing cream, then cannula placement of diluted product
• Mild swelling for a few days and a short massage routine at home
• Firmer, smoother skin building over eight to twelve weeks

Aftercare

• Avoid touching, massaging or pressure on the area for 24 hours
• Stay upright for four hours after neurotoxin
• Skip strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 hours
• Ice gently if swollen; bruising fades within a week
