Treatment Overview
Neurotoxins such as Botox®, Dysport® and Xeomin® relax the small muscles that fold the skin into lines: frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet. Results appear within a week and last three to four months. Our lead injector, Sadiya Naseem, DNP, FNP‑BC, teaches Botox technique nationally and maps facial vessels with ultrasound before injecting.
Beyond the classic upper‑face areas we offer Baby Botox micro‑dosing for a natural no‑freeze look, brow lift, lip flip, gummy smile and chin dimpling correction, masseter slimming for jaw tension or TMJ, and the Nefertiti neck lift.
How to Prepare
- Avoid blood thinners such as aspirin, ibuprofen and fish oil for a week if medically safe
- Skip alcohol for 24 hours to reduce bruising
- Arrive without makeup on the treatment area
- Tell us about any upcoming events or dental work
What to Expect
- A short assessment of how your muscles move and what you want to keep
- A series of tiny injections that take a few minutes
- Small bumps that settle within 20 minutes; no downtime
- Smoothing that begins at three to five days and is complete by two weeks
Aftercare
- Avoid touching, massaging or pressure on the area for 24 hours
- Stay upright for four hours after neurotoxin
- Skip strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 hours
- Ice gently if swollen; bruising fades within a week

Will I look frozen?
Not with the right dose and placement. We treat to soften lines while preserving movement, and Baby Botox is designed specifically for a subtle result.
How long does it last?
Three to four months for most areas; masseter treatment can last four to six months.
What is the difference between Botox and Dysport?
Both are neurotoxins with the same effect. Dysport tends to kick in a little faster and spread more softly, which suits larger areas such as the forehead.
When will I see results?
First changes at three to five days and the full effect at two weeks. We offer a two‑week check to fine‑tune if needed.
Does it hurt?
The needles are tiny and each injection feels like a quick pinch. Ice or numbing cream is available.
