P‑Tox

Treatment Overview

P‑Tox is a small dose of neurotoxin injected into the penile smooth muscle to relax it, improving blood flow and helping erections in men who respond poorly to oral medication. It also increases flaccid length and reduces the retraction many men experience in cold or stress.

It is performed privately by Dr. Iskander and can be combined with the P‑Shot® for a broader result.

How to Prepare

• Avoid blood thinners such as aspirin, ibuprofen and fish oil for a week if medically safe
• Skip alcohol for 24 hours to reduce bruising
• Arrive without makeup on the treatment area
• Tell us about any upcoming events or dental work

What to Expect

• A private consultation with Dr. Iskander
• Numbing cream for 15 minutes
• A few small injections taking a minute or two
• Effects developing over one to two weeks and lasting up to six months

Aftercare

• Avoid touching, massaging or pressure on the area for 24 hours
• Stay upright for four hours after neurotoxin
• Skip strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 hours
• Ice gently if swollen; bruising fades within a week
