Treatment Overview

Dr. Iskander evaluates every laser candidate personally. We offer a full‑strength resurfacing with five to seven days of downtime, and a lighter full‑face peel setting for glow and fine texture with only two to three days of recovery.

How to Prepare

• Attend a consultation with Dr. Iskander to confirm settings for your skin
• Avoid sun, tanning and self‑tanner for four weeks before
• Stop retinoids and acids one week before
• Let us know about cold sores, isotretinoin use or keloid history

What to Expect

• Numbing cream for 30 to 45 minutes, plus cooling during treatment
• A warm, prickling sensation as the laser passes over each area
• Redness and swelling like a strong sunburn, then peeling over the following days
• Fresh, smoother skin by day seven, with collagen continuing to build for six months

Aftercare

• Follow the healing kit instructions and keep the skin moist
• No makeup until peeling has finished
• Strict sun avoidance and SPF for four weeks
• Sleep elevated the first two nights to reduce swelling
