Treatment Overview

Hollow temples are one of the most overlooked signs of ageing. As the fat pads above the cheekbones thin, the outer brow drops, the eyes look smaller and the face takes on a gaunt, peanut‑shaped outline. Restoring the temples brings back a soft, youthful frame.

We use Juvederm Voluma® or Radiesse® placed deep against the bone, so the result is smooth and structural. Most patients need one syringe per side.

How to Prepare

• Avoid blood thinners such as aspirin, ibuprofen and fish oil for a week if medically safe
• Skip alcohol for 24 hours to reduce bruising
• Arrive without makeup on the treatment area
• Tell us about any upcoming events or dental work

What to Expect

• Assessment of temple hollowing and brow position
• Numbing cream, then deep placement with a cannula or needle
• Mild tenderness for a day or two
• A softer facial outline and a subtly lifted outer brow

Aftercare

• Avoid touching, massaging or pressure on the area for 24 hours
• Stay upright for four hours after neurotoxin
• Skip strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 hours
• Ice gently if swollen; bruising fades within a week
