Treatment Overview

As the hands age, fat beneath the skin thins and tendons and veins become prominent. FDA‑cleared fillers such as Radiesse® and Restylane Lyft® restore softness to the backs of the hands, disguising tendons and veins in a single visit.

For age spots, crepey texture and visible veins we combine hand filler with CO2 laser hand rejuvenation, treating both the volume and the surface of the skin.

How to Prepare

• Avoid blood thinners such as aspirin, ibuprofen and fish oil for a week if medically safe
• Skip alcohol for 24 hours to reduce bruising
• Arrive without makeup on the treatment area
• Tell us about any upcoming events or dental work

What to Expect

• Assessment of volume loss, spots and skin texture
• Numbing cream, then filler spread evenly beneath the skin with a cannula
• Mild swelling for a few days
• Smoother, plumper hands that last twelve months or more

Aftercare

• Avoid touching, massaging or pressure on the area for 24 hours
• Stay upright for four hours after neurotoxin
• Skip strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 hours
• Ice gently if swollen; bruising fades within a week
