Treatment Overview

Cherry angiomas, small raised vascular spots and other benign lesions are removed precisely with CO2 laser ablation in minutes. Prominent hand veins are disguised with hand filler and CO2 hand rejuvenation.

Every lesion is examined by Dr. Iskander before treatment. Facial spider veins and diffuse rosacea vessels need a vascular laser, which we assess and refer for rather than treat with the wrong device.

How to Prepare

• Attend a consultation with Dr. Iskander to confirm settings for your skin
• Avoid sun, tanning and self‑tanner for four weeks before
• Stop retinoids and acids one week before
• Let us know about cold sores, isotretinoin use or keloid history

What to Expect

• Physician examination of each lesion
• Numbing, then precise laser ablation
• A small scab or pink mark that heals within a week or two
• Clear skin where the lesion was

Aftercare

• Follow the healing kit instructions and keep the skin moist
• No makeup until peeling has finished
• Strict sun avoidance and SPF for four weeks
• Sleep elevated the first two nights to reduce swelling
