Treatment Overview

The neck, décolletage and backs of the hands collect sun damage for decades and are often overlooked until they no longer match a well‑cared‑for face. Fractional CO2 resurfaces horizontal neck lines, crepey chest skin, sun spots and thin, veiny hands.

These areas heal more slowly than the face, so we use settings chosen for each region and often combine the neck and chest in one session for a seamless result from jawline to décolletage.

How to Prepare

• Attend a consultation with Dr. Iskander to confirm settings for your skin
• Avoid sun, tanning and self‑tanner for four weeks before
• Stop retinoids and acids one week before
• Let us know about cold sores, isotretinoin use or keloid history

What to Expect

• Numbing cream over the treatment area
• Laser passes with adjusted settings for thinner skin
• Redness and light peeling for about a week
• Smoother, more even skin over the following two months

Aftercare

• Follow the healing kit instructions and keep the skin moist
• No makeup until peeling has finished
• Strict sun avoidance and SPF for four weeks
• Sleep elevated the first two nights to reduce swelling
