Treatment Overview

Volume loss in the cheeks is the quiet cause of many visible signs of ageing: deeper smile lines, under‑eye hollows and early jowls. Restoring the midface with hyaluronic acid or biostimulatory filler lifts everything below it and gives the face back its youthful contour.

We use Juvederm Voluma®, Restylane Lyft® and RHA® 4, placed with ultrasound guidance, for results that look like structure rather than filler. One syringe restores; two sculpt and contour.

How to Prepare

• Avoid blood thinners such as aspirin, ibuprofen and fish oil for a week if medically safe
• Skip alcohol for 24 hours to reduce bruising
• Arrive without makeup on the treatment area
• Tell us about any upcoming events or dental work

What to Expect

• Assessment of your cheekbone and midface structure
• Numbing cream, then a few precise deposits with a cannula or needle
• Mild swelling for a couple of days
• Immediate lift that settles into its final shape within two weeks

Aftercare

• Avoid touching, massaging or pressure on the area for 24 hours
• Stay upright for four hours after neurotoxin
• Skip strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 hours
• Ice gently if swollen; bruising fades within a week
