Treatment Overview

Stretch marks are scars in the deeper layer of the skin, which is why creams do so little. Fractional CO2 resurfaces the marks and stimulates collagen within the scar tissue, narrowing and softening them on the abdomen, thighs, breasts and hips.

The same laser, used in a precise ablative mode, removes benign skin tags, seborrheic keratoses and small raised lesions in minutes, and vaporizes stubborn plantar or common warts that have resisted other treatments.

How to Prepare

• Attend a consultation with Dr. Iskander to confirm settings for your skin
• Avoid sun, tanning and self‑tanner for four weeks before
• Stop retinoids and acids one week before
• Let us know about cold sores, isotretinoin use or keloid history

What to Expect

• Numbing cream over the area
• Fractional passes for stretch marks, or precise ablation for individual lesions
• Small scabs or pink marks that heal within a week or two
• Stretch marks that fade and flatten over two to three months

Aftercare

• Follow the healing kit instructions and keep the skin moist
• No makeup until peeling has finished
• Strict sun avoidance and SPF for four weeks
• Sleep elevated the first two nights to reduce swelling
