Treatment Overview

A liquid nose job uses small amounts of hyaluronic acid filler to smooth a dorsal bump, lift a drooping tip or straighten the profile. It cannot make a nose smaller, but by adding tiny volumes in the right places it can make the nose look straighter, smaller and more balanced with the rest of the face.

This is an advanced injection area with important anatomy, which is why it is performed with ultrasound mapping and a conservative technique. Results are immediate and last twelve months or more.

How to Prepare

• Avoid blood thinners such as aspirin, ibuprofen and fish oil for a week if medically safe
• Skip alcohol for 24 hours to reduce bruising
• Arrive without makeup on the treatment area
• Tell us about any upcoming events or dental work

What to Expect

• Profile photos and a plan for the bump, bridge or tip
• Numbing cream, then a few precise micro‑deposits of filler
• Minor swelling for a day or two
• A straighter‑looking profile that you'll see in the mirror before you leave

Aftercare

• Avoid touching, massaging or pressure on the area for 24 hours
• Stay upright for four hours after neurotoxin
• Skip strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 hours
• Ice gently if swollen; bruising fades within a week
