Treatment Overview

Tear‑trough filler places a soft hyaluronic acid filler beneath the eyes to fill hollows, lift shadows and correct the tired look that concealer can't. It is one of the most technique‑sensitive injections in aesthetics, which is why we use a cannula, ultrasound mapping and conservative volumes.

For longer‑lasting correction we combine filler with PRP, which builds collagen and improves the thin skin of the area over time.

How to Prepare

• Avoid blood thinners such as aspirin, ibuprofen and fish oil for a week if medically safe
• Skip alcohol for 24 hours to reduce bruising
• Arrive without makeup on the treatment area
• Tell us about any upcoming events or dental work

What to Expect

• Assessment of hollowing, skin quality and any puffiness
• Numbing cream, then cannula placement of a small amount of filler
• Mild swelling for a few days; occasionally a bruise
• Brighter, smoother under‑eyes that settle within two weeks

Aftercare

• Avoid touching, massaging or pressure on the area for 24 hours
• Stay upright for four hours after neurotoxin
• Skip strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 hours
• Ice gently if swollen; bruising fades within a week
